PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The purpose of this position is to deliver parts. It also has a responsibility to promote a positive image of Gregory Poole to our customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Pickup and delivery of parts.
- Maintaining parts delivery truck.
- Notify Parts Manager of any delivery vehicle issues
- Presenting paperwork/ documents to customers and reviewing it.
- Notify Parts Manager of any customer issues.
- Maintain Daily pickup/ delivery log
- Maintain Time records.
- Make special Deliveries as required
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience:
At least six months in customer service interface. Customer delivery experience is an additional positive.
Physical:
Must be able to routinely lift hydraulic parts weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance from others or using mechanical equipment.
Other:
Must have an acceptable and valid N.C. driving record.
