Title: Finance & Insurance Manager

Department: Sales

Reports to:   President

Job Objective:

To manage all equipment leasing transactions corporate wide, and enhance the internal process for all parties involved, to ensure customers receive the optimum financing available.  

Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales Department with competitive and creative finance options for customers
• Negotiate competitive rates and financing programs
• Create lease spreadsheet proposals for customers 
• Acquire credit approval from leasing company
• Communicate with customers to obtain all necessary information to secure optimum leasing quote from lenders
• Generate lease documents, and obtain required signatures from all necessary parties
• Ensure all completed lease documents are submitted in a timely manner
• Monitor and ensure proper funding of all transactions
• Keep the sales team informed on the status of current customer deals
• Oversee current book of business to maximize opportunities for all parties 
• Manage lease end process for all customers
• Interface with the Used, Rental and Fleet departments to meet overall financial goals
• Ensure proper compliance regarding all federal, state and local regulations
• Build and maintain working relationships with lenders and product vendors
• Address customer questions and concerns in a professional manner
• Any other assigned duties.

Skills Required:

• Firm understanding of interest rates and residual values
• Strong mathematical aptitude
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent computer skills, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong organization skills, and ability to multi-task
• Understanding of interest rates and residual values
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and adjust accordingly
• Complete knowledge of the product line and applications
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others

Education:

·Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Experience:

·Three to five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
