Our continued growth has created a need for more skilled technicians. MH Technician Academy will introduce you to the forklift industry. Our staff of professional trainers will teach you everything from the basics of working on engines to the more complicated computer diagnostics and control systems.

Technician Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair lift trucks, equipment, and other identified products as clearly and specifically requested by the customer using a laptop, experience, manuals, and other industry sources.
Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
Be Safe in the Moment: Follow and promote safety initiatives.
Active participation in weekly safety calls/meetings and safety program. 

Technician Requirements:
Knowledge of engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems, fuel systems and/or charging systems are a plus.
Must have own tools. Tool purchase assistance provided.
Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Present a professional image in appearance and preparation.

Working Conditions: Hours will be 7:30am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Some overtime and rotating on-call duties may be required. This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Steel toed work boots are mandatory.
