Title: Field Service Dispatcher

Department: Service

Location: Macedonia (MON-FRI 7:30 A.M.-4 P.M.)

Terms: Full-Time/In-Office

Reports to: Service Manager

Job Objective:

Perform duties to dispatch and schedule field technicians’ activities and expedite services as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls/Emails for service and document needs of customer into computer system
• Verify billing/credit card information
• Billing problem solving
• Order customer parts for technician as needed
• Communicate with customer for techs scheduled arrival or delays
• Communicate with customer on status of quoted repairs
• Maintain excellent communication with service technicians and customers
• Assign, follow up and coordinate planned maintenance service calls
• Open & assign work orders to the appropriate tech
• Review technicians’ reports-investigate delays or inadequate performance
• Investigate warranty repairs
• Collaborate with other departments for customer solutions
• Work with GPS/MSP/EE for billed labor hours
• Assist co-workers as needed
• All other assigned duties.
