Sales Coordinator
Duties:
- Process New Sales Packets
- Update Filemaker
- Send for credit approvals and order approvals
- Send Delivery Docs
- Send and Submit Lease Docs
- Invoice Delivered Trucks
- Order Factory Order Sold Trucks through Novo and send Purchase Orders to other EOMs
- Send FM Agreements to Sales Facilitator
- ¨ Send non HYG installs to Medley Warranty to register sales
- Check Document Delivery
- Update Filemaker Records with CAD dates, Order Acknowledgements, Ship In Notifications, Serial Numbers
- Process truck invoices and update EQ numbers in Filemaker
- Check HYG Parts Invoice downloads in e-Emphasys and process battery, charger, attachment and component invoices and send to Accounts Payables
- Process Ship In Credit Memos
- Send Truck Data Plate invoices to parts department of ordering branches
- Send Parts Commission credits/invoices to Corporate Branch Manager
- Process freight invoices and transfer equipment
- Check progress of truck sales with branch and salesman
- Assist with audits
- Assist Salesman with locating equipment
- Update truck files
- File Truck Files when complete and billed
- Manage SLMS Installs, email branch and salesman for status. Complete HYG truck installs
- Answer phone and emails within timely manner
