Medley Company is the Material Handling Specialist since 1941. We are the local material handling expert with new and used forklift sales, forklift-equipment rentals, full-service, and parts dealership. We are a confident leader in our industry, “on a mission” to make sure our partners and their employees are properly trained, certified, and equipped.
What will you be doing:
- Sells products and/or services to repair the problem to meet the customer’s needs
- Assists in keeping parts department front counter clean and orderly
- Maintain customer’s goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with.
- Answer phones to assist customers and technicians to solve their issues
- Pull parts off the shelves for technicians and customers as required
- Research parts for technicians and customers
- Receive and check in parts as required
- Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur
